The experiment was installed in areas of Huambo's Faculty of Agrarian Sciences, which is 13 kilometers from the center of Huambo, and is defined by the parallel 12º 14 'and 12º 16' south latitude and by the meridians 15º 48 'and 15º 52' of the longitude between the period from April 6 to September 10, 2015, to evaluate the effects of different doses of Petimorf on the production of lemon stalks (Citrus limon (L.) Burm. The plants used in the test were purchased from the Ecunha cooperative, dedicated to the production of postures. The lemon variety chosen was either local or rough, at six months of age. Plants of uniform size (8 cm) were selected. The experiment was carried out in a black polyethylene bag. The experimental design was a completely randomized design with five treatments (doses of the biostimulant) and five replicates, with each experimental plot composed of 15 bags. The treatments consisted in the application of four doses of Pectimorf (Biostimulant) on the positions of Lemon (Citrus limon) variety rugosa. The biostimulant was applied directly (spraying) under the plants on April 6, 2105. Ten plants were taken at random from each treatment and the following parameters were evaluated: root length; stem diameter; number of leaves and branches; plant height and dry biomass accumulation (PSA, PSR and PST) and quality indexes (Slenderness, IQ, BAP,% Roots and the PSA / PSR ratio). The results obtained showed that the growth and development of lemon starches were favored by the application of the biostimulant Pectimorf. |
