| Abstract |
This work was developed in the course of Environment and Territory Management, aming to make a diagnosis on the dynamics of the precariousness of the artisanal diamond mining activity,in the Nzagi region, municipaly of Cambulo, Lunda-Norte. For this, methodologically turned in a first phase the bibliographic and documentary survey of the artisanal diamond mining activity, and later the field work, which allowed the preparation of an environmental assessment of the areas of inluence of diamond mining activity.There are described the aspects that depict the dynamics and the environmental situation in the areas of influence of mining activity. This phase mentioned aspects physical, biotic and socio-economic present in the study area. This time, from the experienced reality and testimonies collected, the questions pointed to the precarious working conditions, living, environmental and mineral production chain in the region. Taking into account the aspects discussed in the past, it made the use of planning tool (SWOT) envisaging analyze the internal and external environment of the study area, thus making possible the development of strategies to minimize the impacts on the region. |
