| Abstract |
In order to provide information about precipitation and runoff conditions under varying climatic conditions, a set of software components for the JAMS modelling system were developed. These include routines for calculating the following indices:
- Accumulated precipitation
- Annual precipitation
- Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) for different aggregation periods
- Sum of dry and wet observations
- Consecutive dry and wet observations
- Number of observations with extreme precipitation
Further, these components provide analytic functionality that allow idenditifying environmental flow components from measured and simulated discharge data based on the R "flowregime" package (https://github.com/mkoohafkan/flowregime).
