Lineage Statement The Simple Precipitation Intensity Index (SDII) for every day from January 1981 to December 2022 is derived by selecting all pixels in the raster with 1 mm or more of rainfall, and extracted from daily CHC CHIRPS 2.0 precipitation data (https://www.chc.ucsb.edu/data/chirps). From these daily files, the annual average is calculated. ?
