Abstract	Household drought risk in the Cuvelai-Basin of Namibian and Angola is controlled by both environmental and socio-economic drivers. This dissertation analyses hydro-climatic parameters and primary socio-empirical data of about 460 households from the target area to understand and identify households at risk of drought. The results improve the decision-base for enhance short-term emergency responses and long-term adaptation strategies.	?
